Quote requests

We use the name, phone number, suburb and service you submit to respond to your enquiry and manage the job in MTEK’s software. An office alert containing those details is sent to admin@mtekev.com.au through Web3Forms, our form email provider. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing messages.

Advertising measurement

On our emergency, CCTV, EV charger, switchboard and general electrical repairs pages, we use Google Ads to measure saved quote requests and phone calls. For visitors identified as being in Australia, measurement starts automatically. The country check uses our hosting provider’s request information; we do not ask for or store your precise location for this check. Outside Australia, or if the country is unknown, automatic measurement stays off.

Google may receive the service page visited, ad-click identifiers, device and connection information, including your IP address, and conversion information. Google advertising cookies can connect an ad visit with a later enquiry or call. Google may process this information overseas. Our form conversion sends a random enquiry reference, not your name, phone number, suburb or quote details. We do not use enhanced conversions to send customer contact details, or enable personalised advertising through this setup.

For measured enquiries, we may keep the ad reference and the service page visited with your enquiry so we can understand where enquiries come from. We record whether measurement used an Australian site default or your own choice. Marking a job booked does not send a further conversion to Google.

For visitors arriving from Google Ads, Google may show a forwarding phone number that routes to MTEK. Google processes call information, including time and duration, to measure calls. Calls lasting at least 60 seconds count as conversions. Call recording is not enabled by this setup.

A previous choice to decline measurement on this device remains respected for up to 90 days. Automatic measurement is a site setting, not a record that you explicitly agreed. For privacy requests, contact admin@mtekev.com.au. You can also use your browser’s cookie and tracking controls.
